In 2017 Pacesetter Construction was contacted by Briarpatch Enterprises for a motor vehicle impacting their facility at 355 New Haven Avenue in Milford. The building was a Butler Pre-engineered building.
Upon inspection we found multiple damaged wall panels and one building column that was severely damaged. In addition an interior bathroom suffered extensive damage.
Pacesetter Construction conducted the repair of the wall, column and interior bathroom. After the project Briarpatch also hired Pacesetter to perform a 10,000sf re-roof to the same building. This is what they had to say.
Pacesetter Construction repaired our Butler Building after a driver drove into it and caused significant damage. There were delays and problems that arose on the job with the insurance settlement and Tom Knapp from Pacesetter was responsible, kept us informed and the job was done satisfactorily. I would hire Pacesetter again.
